Amorphous Magnetic Components

Features	Amorphous alloy resulted from rapid quenching has no crystal structure, thus it combines various characteristics especially of magnetic property.
Usage	Amorphous magnetic components are used in multi-output switching supplies, noise suppression in control instruments and sensitive sensors.
(1)	Amorphous magnetic components are widely used in multi-output switching supplies such as personal computers, servers, office automation equipments and office machinery, as well as electrical power supply of telecommunication devices.
(2)	The products are active noise suppression which operates noise source origin. The noise suppression devices (AB series) are as easy as letting it into a lead part. The feature enables to designing without constraints.
(3)	High magnetic permeability core taking advantage of its amorphous magnetic feature is suitable for pulse transformer as well as noise filter and sensitive sensor.
(4)	Magnetic shielding property of high magnetic permeability type (SS series) and high Q-value type (DS series) for magnetic core of low-profile inductor/transformer and LF band operating equipments is expected to be applied for battery chargers, RFID, smart key and LF band operating radio equipments.
